Campaign to remove short bus lane in Moor Lane – sign our petition

We have yet to find anyone who feels the ridiculously short bus lane in Moor Lane by the Methodist Church is a good idea. It creates more issues than it is meant to resolve (although we do not understand what issues it is supposed to resolve). Our concerns are around safety, particularly for cyclists and motorcyclists, and the traffic tailbacks it causes as drivers avoid the bus lane throughout the day. These tailbacks have a negative impact to the buses the bus lane is supposed to be serving.
The petition was started a year ago and we want to reinitiate it. We have not given up getting something done and are trying to get a meeting with RBK Highways about it.
